Amit Kenan

CEO of Shekel Group and Shekel Insurance Agency

Amit began his career at the Shekel Group in 2016 as the VP of the group’s customer division and progressed to fill senior roles within the company, becoming a partner and CEO of the Shekel Group’s subsidiary, ‘Lav HaDekel’, until his appointment as the CEO of the group in 2024

Amit has a track record of significant achievements as a key partner in the business development and strategic initiatives of the Shekel Group. His leadership has led to impressive accomplishments in entrepreneurship, innovation, growth, and strengthening the group’s position as a leading pension regulatory agency and a prominent entity in the Israeli financial sector.

Adi Polak

CFO
Adi brings over a decade of experience in the financial sector. She manages the group’s finance, procurement, and human resources operations, leads acquisition and merger processes, and is a senior partner in shaping the business strategy. Adi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Bar-Ilan University

Zohara Madar

VP Operation Officer
Zohara has about 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career at the Shekel Group in 2003 as an operations rep, and has since held a variety of managerial positions in the Group.
she is currently leads the entire operations and service system of the Shekel Group.

Tomer Bakshi

VP Sales and Customer Division Manager
Tomer has 15 years of experience in the pension field. He manages the Group’s customers and distribution channels and leads the areas of marketing, sales and business development, as well as being responsible for promoting the Group’s sales managers and developing new distribution channels. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management with a specialization in insurance and information systems.

Ofer Cohen

Senior Vice President of Retirement and Seniors Programs
Ofer has more than thirty years of experience in the insurance world and is a leader in the field of senior executives and retirement in the Shekel Group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in statistics B.sc, and is a graduate of the Actuarial Studies program at the University of Haifa. Previously, he served as CEO of Meuzan pension consulting company. He joined the Group in 1993.

Dror Hershko

VP Information Systems
Dror holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of information systems management, infrastructure management and large-scale computer networks, project management and software systems development. He Joined the Shekel Group in 2022.
