The Elor Shekel venture was established in 2004 by Alex Harlamp and Lior Keinan.
Lior has 21 years of experience in the insurance industry and before that was a history teacher in the education system. Alex came into the financial world after a long service in the military as an administrative officer of a reserve division. They both realized that they were looking to set up something new in the Shekel Group, and opened the Elor project (“El” from Alex, “Or” from Lior). Among the customers of the Alor project who receive service, are Unitask in the high-tech field, the IDC in the field of academia, Rambam Hospital, Mei Eden and many others.
